We’re hiring instructors who can teach with clarity, warmth, and high standards.
This is a part-time role based in Cupertino, California with options for in-person and/or remote work depending on the student and subject.

What you’ll do
Our instructors teach 1:1 lessons and/or lead Digital SAT, ACT, and AP classes to help students reach academic and test prep goals.
Instructors are expected to prepare for sessions in advance, evaluate students’ diagnostic results, help students with challenging problems,
teach time-saving strategies, assign homework, and submit online session reports after every lesson or class.

Requirements
✓
Proven familiarity and comfort with subject content up to and including AP level and/or SAT/ACT.
✓
Flexible schedule and availability to begin working soon, with the option for a long-term arrangement if it’s a great fit.
✓
Willing to take a diagnostic test as part of the hiring process.
✓
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
✓
Experience managing a classroom and/or prior 1:1 tutoring experience.

High School science courses from freshman level to AP Biology, AP Physics (1, 2, C), AP Chemistry.
Mathematics
Algebra 1 through AP Statistics and AP Calculus AB/BC, including AP Precalculus and Precalculus Honors.
Computer Science (CS)
High School Computer Science and AP Computer Science.
History
High School History up to AP U.S. History, AP World History, and AP European History.
Spanish
Spanish 1 through AP Spanish Language and Culture and AP Spanish Literature.
English
High School English through AP English Language and AP English Literature.
