As an administrative professional with over twenty years of experience, I am thrilled to bring my skills and passion to Insight Education. Growing up in the Bay Area, I’ve always been surrounded by innovation and diversity, which has shaped my dedication to helping others succeed.
My journey began at Monticello Academy in Santa Clara, where I served as an Office Manager, Assistant Director and Preschool Admissions Director. During my time there, I recruited new families, managed student databases, and implemented retention strategies to ensure student enrollment remained strong. I also collaborated with teachers to enhance classroom conditions and organized numerous events, including Annual Career Days and Promotion/Graduation ceremonies. These experiences honed my skills in event planning, mentorship, and issue resolution.
At ProActive Business Solutions in Oakland, I further developed my expertise in office management by coordinating appointments, managing inventory, and onboarding new hires. My role as an Administrative Associate at Blankenship CPA Group in Nashville allowed me to deliver exceptional customer service, optimize office documentation, and oversee event logistics, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
I hold an Associate of Arts in Child Development from DeAnza College, which has provided me with a solid foundation in understanding and supporting child development. This educational background, combined with my professional experiences, has equipped me with the tools to contribute effectively to Insight Education’s Mission.
I enjoy working at Insight Education because it allows me to blend my organizational skills with my passion for education. Helping students and families navigate the educational journey is incredibly rewarding. I thrive on the opportunity to connect with students, support their aspirations, and contribute to their success in meaningful ways.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring the beautiful Bay Area, and, of course, cheering on the 49ers. I look forward to continuing my journey with Insight Education and making a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families.
